The health and safety of our customers and crew is our number one priority. As we continue to monitor the evolving situation with COVID-19, we want to share some precautionary measures we are taking with our crew to help prevent the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19).
What we are doing:
We are following the Center for Disease Control’s guidelines and ensuring any team members who have symptoms (such as fever or cough/shortness of breath) are not working in sites.
If any of our crew demonstrate these symptoms, they are not permitted to work until they have been symptom-free for 24 hours without medication.
We are reminding our team daily of essential preventative measures such as frequent hand washing, covering a cough or sneeze, and frequently disinfecting workspaces.
We have educated our team about the virus, including how to identify symptoms and what to do if they suspect they have come into contact with the virus.
How you can help:
Given the nature of our service, we need your help to ensure a safe working environment for our crew.
If you have an appointment and anyone in your family or anyone you’ve been in contact with has tested positive for COVID-19, please let us know as soon as possible so we can reschedule your appointment.
If we have recently worked in your home and someone has subsequently tested positive for COVID-19, please notify us immediately.
We all share a responsibility to minimize the risk of exposure and protect our at-risk population. You have our commitment that we will be diligent in preventing the spread of illness and we appreciate your cooperation in helping us achieve a safe and healthy space for both you and our team. We’re here to support you and will continue to provide the highest quality of service to our community during this challenging time.
